294. "Environmental Fracture" Oak Egg with dyed maple base. 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" including the base. The egg was carved into three spirals, burned, sandblasted and painted. I then burned the recessed line and painted it. All painting was done with fluid acrylic paint. The base was turned, carved, dyed black then painted.
233. "Return to Earth" - 11.5" x 8.5" Represents five stages of life. Conceived of and created for "Knock on Wood", a show of wood art at Bellevue Art Museum. Madrone, Big Leaf Maple, Red Cedar and White Oak.
255. "Placid Pirogue" - Silver Maple Boat Form 16" from bow to stern. Completely hand carved boat form. Three decorative lines carved and painted with milk paint. Base is hand carved and torched white oak.
